Error on 2.06 upgrade – cannot redeclaire validate_current_theme

    In upgrading from 2.0.6 to the latest version, I receive the following error when running upgrade.php:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare validate_current_theme() (previously declared in /home/www/blog/wp-includes/theme.php:417) in /home/www/blog/wp-admin/admin-functions.php on line 1159

    I made sure to deactivate all plugins, and moved all files over with filezilla and made sure they had correct permissions. Any thoughts on this?
