Version update not enough

    Different from previous versions, WP 3.9.1 does not work with simply updating the WP version number in the config. The system becomes unusable, the wp-admin interface display messed (i.e. no visual editor). It also conflicts with plugin ‘qTranslate Separate Comments’ by Nikola Nikolov, the multi-language user comments do not allow new user registration.
