Checkbox default "checked" shortcode?

    Can you provide shortcode for the Designated Fund checkbox default to “checked”? Our funds are managed by a large organization and they need a way to know which funds are for us. I added our designated fund, but we don’t want to depend on the user to click the checkbox. We need the checkbox’s default to be checked. Thanks!
