Hi there,
I do not see PopupAlly being enabled for the page. Can you make sure it is enabled for that page in Display Settings?
Also, the page has existing javascript errors (including not being able to load JQuery), which might cause issues when the popup is enabled.
Warmest regards

Hey Robin , thanks for your response 🙂
So , i fixed the jquery problem…
still the popup code is not appearing on that specific page. I have the popup No2 fully configured for that page as an exit pop up…
Can’t understand why it is not appearing on that page
Best Regards 🙂
Hi there,
I still don’t see the PopupAlly code being included on the page. Could you please take a screenshot of the Display Settings (particularly the page selection section) and send it to info@nathalielussier.com? We can take a look and see if that is the cause.
It seems like you are using a custom template for your page. PopupAlly requires the template to implement wp_head and wp_footer to function properly. Is it possible that those hooks are not implemented by the template?

Hey Robin , all ok….pfff finally….now the code is appearing on the page with the Jquery loading correctly 🙂
It was what you said wp_head and wp_footer…
again the popup is not appearing when exiting the page ….
Any ideas for that?
Thank you very much
I see that you have added wp_head to the template, but wp_footer still seems to be missing in your template, which is why the popup is not appearing

Good job! Happy to help. 🙂
If you find PopupAlly useful, it would help us a lot if you can leave a (hopefully 5-star) review!
