Update External Table when Admin change point manually from backend

Hi,

First thanks for such good plugin, I have one question regarding point updation, As i integrated plugin with my custom plugin, i have some problem with module where admin update points in user section from back-end, I want when admin update Mycred point in user meta it simultaneously update my costume db too. i have search hook and filter but i don’t get any success. Only this stage my application get stuck please help me what i can do, so that my custome code db and Mycred synchronized,
