Does this plugin have any sort of OS level dependencies? I developed a site on a local dev server and everything worked correctly. Once moved onto production it no longer works. No errors are thrown, the calls just return nothing (e.g. echo is_ie() . get_browser_version()).

All I can say from the info you have provided is to make sure PHP error reporting is enabled and double check the code where you are calling the functions. If you come up with anything more we can try to look into it.

Update: this was probably a memory issue. Please try the new version released today.
