Hey, they should be up and running. Maybe try clearing your cache? Do you have any plugins that may be preventing them from showing on page? What fonts are you trying to change and do you mind posting a link?

Yes your host is forbidding google fonts from loading or google is forbidding your host. There is a 405 error with the script to load the fonts. I would call your hosting provider because it could just be an .htaccess file issue.
