Editing Tempera Presentation Page Layout

The Tempera default presentation page elements line up vertically and centered. The elements I am using are the slider, extra text and 6 cryouts (2 rows x 3 columns).

I would like to modify this area so the slider and the extra text are side by side each with 50% of the body width. I don’t want to alter anything else.
