Setting minimum post age less than 1 day

Sometimes the cycle of tweets catches a new post and tweets it again. My maximum age for posts is set to 1 day. The minimum time set between posts is set to 2 hours, but like I said, sometimes on that cycle it catches a post from a couple minutes before and tweets it. I see there’s a field to set a minimum age for posts to be tweeted, but it’s in terms of days instead of hours. I need it to be something like a couple of hours, so I tried using a decimal in terms of days (0.083) but it doesn’t seem like that worked. How can I set a minimum post age to a couple of hours?
