It could be that the image settings are correct, or perhaps a lack of something else, but I would double check just to be sure.

I think that is correct i fill 500×500 or I fill 500px x 500px?

There is a field for width and a field for height. Try specifying one value for each and see if that gets you there.

Hi Jeff, i add 400weight and 400height maximun and i upload an image with size 600×600 and it upload.
the size doesnt work. 🙁
It should work unless something is interfering.. I’ve added it to the list and will investigate for the next update. In the meantime, a possible workaround may be found with a jQuery snippet or something.
