How to add content Image before post title

    Does anyone know how to add content image before title. As i am using rss multi importer through which content image is generated. Is there a way through which i can shift content image before title. I dont want any description, only content image before title.

    I would like to add a block of text at the top of every page, after the header and before the post title. (theme = twentyeleven)
