Charts no rendering on post

    I imported a csv file into the library, i used the example csv file you give when trying to create a pie chart.

    Everything looks great in the library. When i insert the shortcode into the post,save, and refresh the page… i do not see the chart.

    I am using the default theme by wordpress and i still can not see the chart. Is there anything special i have to do to make it work?

    can you give me a link on a page which should contain a chart?

    I found out why it doesn’t work. When using some page builders, the one I was using was Site Origin Site builder, the short codes don’t get read properly when inserting into a text widget. I tried inserting the short code without using the page builder and it worked. Thanks for the quick response though!
