Looking for a "blank theme"

Hi,

I don’t if it’s really legal but if it is, I would like to build my own theme on an existing theme. It makes it easy to me when the files are already created, so I only need to change some couple of things.

I already found a template here but I was wondering if there are some more stuffs like that.

Maybe you guys know any simple themes/templates which are good to use.
