Hey there.

I just installed this theme to take a look and it seems like it already takes the featured image, are you using featured images?

If not then whilst creating your post you can simply add a featured image, this is on the right hand side of the post editor as you can see here:

And it displays the blog posts by default for me. If you want to change how many items are shown on the front of the site you can do this in:

Admin –> Settings –> Reading
