Object of alert: ATTACK HAPPENING TO (mysite.it)

There have been at least 50 failed attempts to log in during the past 120 minutes that used one or more of the following components:

Component Count Value from Current Attempt
    ———————— —– ——————————–
    Network IP 50 95.181.178.*
    Username 50 admin
    Password MD5 1 72b46050f8119ab39af5e93808dc7f8e

but username is non admin; he has another name (more complex).
    What does it mean?
I have to worry about it?

And the second question is: with your plugin can I block the IP?
    Thanks, bye
