Does Anyone used securepay merchant

Hi,

Does any one used securepay merchant? experience this one : In our shop page we have some products with price above 1,000.00 but everytime someone purchase it, Our securepay only deducted $1 on the credit card that was used, But in the transaction receipt it shows the currect amount same in the Shop Dashboard.

I already inform the developer of securepay merchant module, But until now i haven’t receive any reply.

More info.: Other product below 1,000 are fine.

Hope someone could help me on this.
