NextGen Pro Lightbox Problem

Hi,
I recently have installed this theme on my website. I have also recently bought NextGen Pro and i was wondering if you would be able to give me some help. When I go onto one of the Galleries it comes up with all the images and if you click on one of the thumbnails with in 30 seconds it just opens that image where as it should open in a lightbox as shown here (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/pro-thumbnail-gallery/) I was hoping that you would be able to give me some code or let me know if there is going to be an update on the theme as NextGen say it is a conflict with the theme.
