Hello!
You need to discover the name of the actual theme on your wordpress.com site and install it on the new site.
About the customizations: search for plugins that have the same functionality and install them.
Good Luck 🙂
Premium Themes are customized for WordPress.com usage only, and cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

Thx for answers,
the Theme is twentyfourteen (with modifications). I already got a plugin to modify it. But.
My next problem is the following:
I can’t adjust the Theme.
When i go Themes -> Adjust (or smth in english) where you can individualize Title, Colours, Background Pic… i do see these options but i can’t select them (when i click an entry no further options pop up, everything stays the same is if all options were disabled).

Who modified this theme? What happens if you use the unedited 2014 theme?
Well the customer wants to edit the theme eventually.
Do not edit the Twenty Fourteen theme. It is the current default WordPress theme and having access to an original, unedited, copy of the theme is vital in many situations. First create a child theme for your changes. Or install a custom CSS plugin.
