LivelyChat Plugin does not show up on WordPress 3.9.1

Hi,

I installed LivelyChat on my wordpress site, I configured it correctly but it doesn’t whow up.

I checked the footer.php and I found <?php wp_footer(); ?> section.

I can’t find where is the issue.
