Per prior support tickets, Gravity Forms support this.
My apologies, I just realized my 11 gravity forms discussions were in my support system. Anyways, long story, short; yes Gravity Forms works with Testimonials by Aihrus in being able to submit testimonials from the front end. I don’t know the specifics, but it seems a typical GF usage with custom post types works fine.
The only fun parts are keying into the post meta fields for testimonials. You can pull the post meta field names from code at https://github.com/michael-cannon/testimonials-widget/blob/master/includes/class-testimonials-widget.php#L1690.
Hi Michael
I would also like to know how to integrate GF with this plugin?
Regards
Dean
@dcaccounting, you rock. I had completely forgotten about this posting. I’ll add it to the FAQ.
@search4f, are you good now?
Hi Michael
I now have a problem in that I cannot see the testimonials being displayed. The short codes don’t seem to work for me?
Regards
Dean
@dcaccounting, are your testimonials published? Have you started out using only the shortcodes sans attributes? Are you positive that your global settings aren’t causing the troubles?
See the FAQ for resetting if still stuck.
Hi Michael
Yes I am still stuck. I am using this shortcode within a page and just ‘text’:
[testimonials char_limit=0 limit=-1]
Nothing is displaying and I am using the premium version.
Do you have secure support that you could help me out on?
Regards
Dean
Dean, premium support is via support@aihr.us. It’s found in the documentation under FAQ and support.
