Organising by Categories

    I’m trying to design a WP based site that moves away from a rolling blog type arrangement, where posts are just displayed most recent first, and towards a category based layout where home page content is organised by category. I’m not exactly sure how to phrase my question succinctly (so I hope this makes sense) so I’m having trouble finding information via google. I’m sure this is relatively common as I’ve come across lots of WP sites like this. Could someone direct me to useful information on the topic?

    One you’re logged into the administrator, click on dashboard >>> posts >>> site categories.

    Then, just fill in the fields and save it. Voila.

    Then you can associate your posts with multiple categories, so they can be displayed simultaneously on different pages that are related to that topic.
