Beautiful Pro Theme Sidebars / Header Not Working

    On my http://www.runwalkrepeat.com website, the sidebar disappeared and then reappeared at the bottom of the page in the main (left/widest) column. Home Page and all other pages, its messed up. Seems like the width of my main content is way to large. Lets just say its a mess! I am using the Beautiful Pro theme.

    My header is kind of messed up too, and it appears my background which I should be able to customize is gone.

    Any and all help/tips/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I am new to WordPress.
