• I have read and it seems valid that SSL slows down the side somewhat. So I guess it is best to only load through SSL the pages that need it. On Force SSL Exlusive it says: Pages that are not specifically protected will be redirected to http.

    So does that mean that they will first load through SSL and then be redirected? And if thats the case, is my assumption true, that this way http will have no benefit as far as loading speed is concerned?
