Thumbnail slider?

Hello,

I’m thoroughly enjoying working with the virtue theme, but I was wondering if there was some relatively simple way to place a slider which has the thumbnails of the homepage slider onto another page- when I try to add sliders on other pages they do not have the thumbnails. I am not very technologically savvy, so sorry if this is a pretty basic question!
