• I’m currently using “match theme” right now but I’m having a problem with blog display. I’m trying to display my blog posts in summary view with the “continue reading” that users can click on to continue reading as it is in live demo of the theme. I have changed my setting to summary but still it displays the entire post. I thought if we select the option that says ‘summary’, it should be displaying blog summary not full content. But its not working in that way. I don’t know any coding, so i don’t even have the slightest clue to fix this.
http://www.arrogantattitude.com/ this is my website url. Can someone help me to fix this? thank you.

  • It sounds like you are expecting the correct outcome from the selections you have made. Unless someone is familiar with that particular theme it’s difficult to say exactly what you need to do. It may well be a hiccup with the theme. I would suggest you contact support for the theme.

    Hope that helps,
    Don

can you please tell me what do you exactly mean by “contact support for the theme”. am totally new to this so i don’t know where to contact.

This is a “Match Theme”? A theme purchased from Match Themes? If so then they would answer your questions and help you understand how to use their theme. If this is not a Match Theme then what is the source of this theme? That may help to find your answers.

it is a custom theme from wordpress. i installed it through wordpress.

What is the name of the theme? I can find nothing on “Match Theme” in the theme repository.

In order for someone to help you with a theme they would need to be familiar with it or be able to look at the backend of the theme.

it is a custom theme from wordpress

wordpress.org does not host “custom themes”.
