    Hello,

I seem to be having a small issue. One of our websites is using wp e-commerce as a way to display their products but not to actually sell anything, and they have about 1,700 products. That works all well and good except for the admin section. When Formidable or any other contact form plugin is active you can’t get to the products list in the admin section of the site. You can view the products on the front end of the site and view any other section of wp e-commerce in the admin section, but not the full list of products, just a blank screen.

I had narrowed it down to formidable pro causing the issue when its active. So I tried re-building their contact form with contact form 7, but now it’s doing the same thing.

My first thought was that maybe it was hitting the memory limit, so I talked to the hosting company and got the memory limit upped to well past what it should need (128M) and that still didn’t work. I’m at the end of my troubleshooting rope, so any foresight into why this might be happening would be great.

    Thanks so much.

Seems like we found the issue, it is the memory limit

I was about to say that’s odd that it’s only contact form plugins. I use several different form plugins that were not showing this trouble. Good catch on the memory limit. Most servers are set very low especially for stores with many plugins.
