Read article acknowledgement plugin

I use WP in our office as a database of knowledge for our employees to use. It is part of our training procedure to have new employees read through some key articles of ours. I would like to have a plugin that would allow me to see/track who has read what. Ideally it would make the reader check a box or preform a task to acknowledge they have read and understand the above information.

I have tried finding some sort of plugin to do this, but I can’t seem to find anything close. I have to imagine I am not the first person that wants to do this.

Any help would be great.
