Widget not showing when published

    Hi,
    I have the following problem. I have added the Mailchimp signup form as a widget in a sidebar.
    It goes okay as long as the page remains as a draft. As soon as I publish the page, the form does not show anymore.
    Same happens if I paste the short code into the body of the page. The form only appears in preview or as a draft.
    I am using the Divi Elegant Theme.

    Hi MaEdCaSa,

    What version of the plugin and WordPress are you using?

    It sounds like a theme issue. Where are you adding the widget? Unfortunately we don’t have access to Divi by Elegant Themes as its a premium theme.

    Have you tried adding the shortcode onto the page and testing if that works? I can confirm the shortcode and widget both work on default Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen and Twenty Fourteen themes.

    Do you have a link to the page you are trying to display it on? Are you getting an error, or is there any html that gets printed onto the page?
