• Hello,
I’m manage a site that runs on S2member, and so far awesome plugin. I’m having an issue, however, when clients upgrade from a level 2 (monthly Subscription) to a level 3 (annual subscription). We have it set up so that when this happens, they will pay $0 for 30 days, then $99 annually after that (as our upgrade incentive).

The problem is after the 30 days of their free subscription, instead of changing their level to a 3, for some reason it puts back to a level 1 (which is inactive, the level restricted for subscribers who’s payments don’t go through).

Can someone help me look into this and figure out why it is doing this?

    Thanks!

  • Did the payment go through successfully after the 30 days? Also, how did you customize to put the user at Level 1 when a payment fails?

Please make sure you have logging enabled, so we get more information from the transactions. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Log Files
