Other Options Migration 403 Error

    Hi, I’m getting a 403 error when trying to update anything in the “Other Options” section.

    My site was migrated using Duplicator, and the old site’s URLs are showing up in the Other Options > Lightbox Effects > Advanced Settings.

    When I try to change them, I get a 403 Error: “Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access [xxx]/wp-admin/admin.php on this server.” I get the same error when I try to “Reset all options to default settings.”

    I see that a lot of folks are having this issue so I’m hoping to get a clear solution for this.

    @raypryor1 – If you have access to the Reset Options under Gallery > Other Options try that. If you do not have working access to that option, please submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) and we will get you a copy of our external Reset Tool plugin which will do much the same thing … hopefully correcting the issues created by the migration.
