contiuous featured post on main menu

Hey everyone,
On my website http://www.ignitionbehindmyeyes.com it shows my featured post (my latest post) four times and only the first post I did, once. I would like to have it where the featured post is like it shows, at the top of the page, and the first post I did would not be after the 4 featured posts that it is currently showing? I hope this makes sense? Thank you in advance! Hope I didn’t confuse you too much 🙂
