Locked out

I checked the “remove elements inaccessible over HTTPS. May break other plugins’ functionality.” check box. It logged me out and now, though I can log back in, whenever I try to go to any admin page it says not found. I’m sure that has to do with a security script that I have enabled but I cannot get in to disable either your plugin or the checkbox. Is there a way I can disable the plugin via PHOMYadmin or another method?
