It will take Google time to find new content. They have to index the entire internet after all.
With that said, registering your site and submitting an XML sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools will certainly help: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
For XML sitemaps, I prefer http://wordpress.org/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/ but there are plenty of others to choose from: http://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/xml-sitemap
your site already indexed, but probably still not ranked in top of search engine result page.. to get ranked you must study more about SEO and do some optimization.

while we on the indexing topic,i have a normal html website and in this html site i have recently added WordPress blog,how would i get Google to index this blog?do i have to submit a separate sitemap for it?
