Yoast SEO really works?

    I made some changes to four of my blog’s pages based on the SEO suggestions given by the plugin while adding the post. The SEO dot for the page is shown as Green with message ‘OK’.

    Its been now 3 weeks but i do not see any difference in the SERP’s for those four pages.

    Does the suggestions given by Yoast plugin while adding a new post really works?

    Please help to understand this.
