But i made it work out , myself.
And now i think everything is working fine.
But see if you could help me with this ,the user is getting the emails but without any content . So what we need to do to add some content in our email too .

When you say the user is getting emails with out content, do you mean they aren’t getting a download link in the email, or there is no text?
If you could provide us with a test URL, we can help by testing the issue.

The user is getting emails consisting only of that pdf link ..but what can i do to change the content like presently i m getting mail like follolwing : –

and what i want is like to add something like : –

Hello,
On our settings page, option 9 is where you can add content to the email that is sent out. The instructions for how to format this email are also included.
Here is a basic template you can use:
Hello [requesting_name],
Here is the download for [file_name] that you requested.

I have already tried doing that but i m doing it for multiple links ,so i dont know why two mails are coming one for that message and another one with link .

Well now my issues is totally resolved.
It was not working because i didn’t checked the checkbox for attachments.
So if anybody is having same problem as me ..dont forget to click on that checkbox.
