Custom Post Type Archive Widget

Hello,

Is there a Custom Post Type Archive Widget plugin (or complete source) updated for WP versions 3.7 upwards ?

Something just like the following, tried it but to no avail:

Problem with installing above – ‘white screen of death’ appears and in another case all widget areas were missing in Appearance > Widgets. Noticed it was conflicting with other plugins. Updated the plugin code to reflect WP v3.7 default archive widget in wp-includes/default-widgets.php but didnt get anywhere.

Much appreciate your feedback or is there an updated plugin for this please.
