Do you mean like this: WordPress Multisite?
But no, you don’t get one admin panel. Each site has it’s own. Multiple Separate Sites.

So I have to make a wordpress account for each separate subdomain website?
No. You get one user account, but multiple dashboards.

So basically I have to make a new wordpress instalation each time I want to make a new website?
No, not if you use multisite. Please read the instructions from the link above.

I use multisite but the problem is my websites are multilingual. Doesnt that mean that I can’t use multisite for different domains?
No. You can use Multisite for different domains. Just install the language packs for each one.

Ok thnx 🙂 . Just one more question. Does that mean that i have to “reinstall” multisite since I didn’t choose the option for multiple domains the 1st time I installed it ?
No you do not reinstall anything.
If you want multiple domain names (so site1.com and site2.com) you’ll use a domain mapping plugin to do that.

I installed the domain mapping plugin but the problem is my wordpress instalation is not in the root directory and it doesn’t work if its not .
Is there any otehr way or do I have to first install wordpress in root directory and then go from there ?
If you want to map domains and you don’t know how to manually handle it in vhosts (which based on the rest of this conversation, you do not), then you need to install WP in root.
