RSS2BLOG PROBLEM

hy i have installed rss2blog which works with wordpress but when i click get categories for the new blog profile i get this error message The XML page cannot be displayed

XML error: Reserved XML Name at line 2

i`ve searched topics but no response for rss2blog..please if anybody knows this software help me.!!!the rss2blog support ticket is rubish
