Client Portal plugin recommendations

Hello,

I’m looking for a plugin that can serve as a client portal. The site admin would need to securely upload files and then clients would need to log in SECURELY using a password and have access to certain files.

Any recommendations for plugins?

I’ve looked into these two plugins but am unsure if they either is the right choice.
