Template/theme bugs

Currently i am working on a template from a previous one like K2 Here is the templates file location http://www.drhitesh.com/wp-content/themes/dagopakar.zip

But there are some bugs like:

when the widgets are enabled , comments appear waaaay at the bottom of the page….when it should be in just under the blog post and fit nicely in center

Problem with lower case….you see all the text on the left and right is lower case…calender, links, search, donate….should be Calender, Links, Search, Donate…even the title is lower case.

Some date problem also.

Please help me,
It would be very helpul if someone provides the modified file.
