Date Format (US and International)

    Hello,
    I just upgraded from 0.83 to 1.01 and it appears that the date format defaults to non-US dates (DD-MM-YYYY). I had an old calendar.js file for US date format (MM-DD-YYYY). May be a feature you would like to offer an option for, or maybe I missed the option.
    Also, congratulations on beginning development again 🙂
