1. there is no limit for the amount of rows. Please set the number to process to 5 and try again.
2. This is a problem. The SKU is seen as UNIQUE. Doo it will update the other product!
I want import more than 20,000 records by CSV.
I set process to 50 and try on server.
It shows i can import data till 64MB, and i imported 13MB data, after some times its shows error message ‘something went wrong’ and my file is not imported fully….
I think its problem with php.ini, ‘max_time_execution’ or memory limit.
My site is hosted on share server so i can’t change php.ini file, can i change it by code in my WordPress or theme.
so best to put the number of rows to 1.
the 64 mb has nothing to do with it. This is just the max file size you can upload.
So, please set the amount to 1, than you will not have timeouts

I set number of rows 10 and its take 2 hours for importing 1 MB CSV file and it is still uploading.
How can I reduce time limit so it can me imported 30 min or maximum 45 min.
It taking so much time for importing, it is not good for my website.

My problem is not solved…….
I have the same problem. Have imported 3.500 products all works fine.
But the next day im making an import and it says its done but no product is online.
After updating the plugin im getting error in my logs

Had to shutdown the plug-in because the log file was 16GB big.
