Can you give me your site URL and also a screenshot of the options page.
Hello Ajay,
I have sent you the requested details via contact form at your http://ajaydsouza.com site.
Thank you.
I just installed the top 10 plugin. I’ve set it to show popular posts back 200 days. It’s only showing 1 post — the one I put up today. I set it to show 7, and obviously the one I just posted isn’t one of the most popular.
What’s the fix?
It’s on the bottom right side of my blog http://brilliant-insane.com.
Mark,
Thanks for your interest and suggestion for this issue. Could you supply a direct link to the “fix”? I was unable to find it at the bottom-right of your blog.
btw, nice site.
The top 10 plugin is on the bottom right side of the blog. It’s the last widget on the right side menu. It shows one post. It should show 7.
Are you able to use the “exclude id” feature of the Top 10 plugin? My post describes difficulties in that area.
I don’t know what this means. I don’t need to exclude posts. I want it to show the most popular posts of all time. I set it to display 7. It is displaying one post, which I published today, so it’s not one of the most popular.
The Top-10 plugin has an option to exclude pages and posts (by post id) from the top-10 list. Since most visitors to our site arrive at the Home page, I have excluded this page in the Top-10 exclude list. But when I look at the Top-10 daily stats in the Dashboard area, the Home page is still listed in the stats as the most popular.
I have contacted the plugin author with our site details and look forward to his reply.
Thank you Mark.

markbarnes19, seems like your topic is not related to the one that Andrzej asked for. Please create a new post in this forum highlighting what exactly you’ve done preferably with a screenshot of the widget.
Andrzej, I had replied to your email. I didn’t receive the screenshot you had sent me. Could you please resend.
Hello Ajay,
I have reposted the requested details at your http://ajaydsouza.com site.
That said, the ‘exclude id’ for the Home page appears to be working properly – the widget does not show Home in the Top-10 list. However, the admin dashboard area ‘does’ show stats for the Home page – this is ok.
-Cheers
