Thanks for your question, which I can understand in either of two ways:
- You want to add an HTML
title= attribute to your gallery items.
- You want to modify the gallery item caption to be a link to the item.

I believe the second question is similar to these two earlier support topics:

The example plugin, /media-library-assistant/examples/mla-hooks-example.php.txt, has code you can modify for your purpose. You can find more information in the “MLA Gallery Filters and Actions (Hooks)” section of the Settings/Media library Assistant Documentation tab.
