Removing Footer links, social profiles and tags from footer

hello everybody i have been trying to remove the footer links that sponsored the theme company but even though i removed it in the footer.php, it give me a “please return following links to the footer: Designed by SMThemes.com, thanks to: CrocoThemes.com, JDis.co and SJThemes.com”. i have been trying to use different plugins and modifications that i have found online but no luck yet the only time it actually word was deleting the smthemes.js but when using it on a mobile device it would not work the drop-menu. another thing is that for some reason there is a tag and a social profiles on the footer even though i did not put it there. maybe it is hardcoded some how. my website is http://www.edeabreu.com and my footer right now is this one
