Solving issues with theme from themeforest

    Hello, I am using a theme that I got from themeforest, theme´s name is Metric, very nice but I am having some issues with the configuration.

    The support of this theme is not working, no one answers either in the theme forest site or the theme forum. Where I could I find help with this? maybe in this forum? I guess in the end these sort of issues have the same basics, and maybe a wordpress expert in general may know the answers, could I be right?

    I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial products here.

    That´s my problem, the theme developer/vendor is not offering any support for some reason.

    I am looking for a Forum with menbers with a high knowledge of wordpress in general. Would you know a forum like that?

    If the theme’s developers are not responding and you cannot manage this yourself, then I can only suggest that you consider hiring someone to look at this instead.

    We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial products here. The wordpress.org support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on wordpress.org. We do not support themes downloaded from elsewhere.
