Installed Img Mouseover and can’t set it up as it doesn’t appear in settings.

is it this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/img-mouseover/ ?

if so, please post in http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/img-mouseover to get plugin specific support.

Where do you set it up? That is select an image and enter the description. When setting up plugins they are usually a link the Settings.
