Hide post from RSS feed

I’m using a plugin for hiding specific posts from showing on my frontpage (not category based, but with a checking box on the Write post page).

I would like to have a plugin that I could also check a box, and the post would not appear in the RSS feed.

Sometimes I write posts that are going directly to the category archive, just for the statistics, and that are not interesting for my readers.
