Re-write permalink issue

Hi All,

I’m very new to WordPress.

I have setup a word-press site and it’s running on IIS8.

To remove the index.php from the url, I have followed http://www.iis.net/learn/extensions/url-rewrite-module/enabling-pretty-permalinks-in-wordpress. And used the custom structure as permalink settings.

My home page is working fine. But other pages are getting 404 error.

For default permalink settings, it’s working perfectly.

Please advice.
