    @juvenalreis – NextGEN Pro will not affect the upload process, that is strictly within the NextGEN Gallery functionality.

    IF you are not using the most current versions of the plugin I would definitely recommend updating first. Otherwise, if uploading was working fine before, what has changed since the last time you know it worked?
